Making of a Masterpiece

I surrender

I open my heart

I open my mind

Let go of my thoughts

Connect with my breath

Connecting with the vibration the sensation in my body

The vibration of music and melody

With the warmth of my skin

The light emanating from my head, crown of my head

To the back of my neck

Feel my breath deepening

Sensing my spine elongating

Sense the hollowness of my spine from my tailbone

All the way up through the crown of my head

The air flowing freely

In through the nose

Circulating through every cell in my body

And exhaling through the mouth [exhale]

Exhaling anything stale that needs to be exhaled, release, let go [exhale]

[inhale] deep breath in, let it go…

The cool air entering in through my nostrils

And exhaling the warm air [breathe]

Awakening the rib cage

Sensing a tingling sensation in my fingertips and the

Palms of my open hands

Sensing a groundedness in my pelvic bowl

Anchored to the Earth

Sensing the fluidity of my neck and shoulders

As a smile crosses my face

I am flexible

I am fluid

I am putty ready to be molded

Into a masterpiece

A work of art

A centerpiece

Carved out of my breath

A skeleton of ivory

Designed of my dreams

And of a Great Master

Shaped by my vision

And the vision of I AM

I am sturdy

I am strong

I am malleable

I am impressionable

I make a statement

I am here to be seen

I am here to shine

Frozen in time

Touched by many

Withstanding the elements

Timeless...

Honored
